A designer’s client fell in love with a banquette in a picture. Not being available in a size to fit their décor, we were asked if there was something we could do. We had 2 custom frames made to the designer’s measurements in the style from the picture. We then installed springs and padding and upholstered the banquettes with their fabric. The custom pieces fit the room perfectly and the clients were pleased to have the style they desired. A designer’s client fell in love with a banquette in a picture. This bench frame was built into a bathroom during a remodeling. We required time on-site to obtain patterns for the cushion, the back and bottom panels. These and the finishing trim were then sewn at the shop. More on-site time was required to upholster the piece. This bench frame was built into a bathroom during a remodeling. The client wanted us to add a foot end to blend with the back.
This cabinet accommodated a 32-inch television and is the only size the client could find to fit her space, but the hinged doors were opening in the walkway of the home. She asked us to modify the cabinet so the doors could go back into the unit, creating more walking space when the television was in use.
