Fabric Stain Protector

A year ago one of the grand children spilled some strawberry pop on the sofa.  It blotted up without any staining.  It works!...more!

Are You A Designer?

When considering a refinishing/upholstery workroom, think of Furniture Werks because:

  1. Pleased Designers
Our list of Designers that we have partnered with for various projects is impressive and a testimony to the value of our service.  List furnished upon request.
Lou Butcher's Furniture Werks - Are You A Designer?
  1. One-Stop Shop
With the exception of hand weaving of cane, your entire project is completed in our shop – repair, refinishing and reupholstery.  No longer must you co-ordinate between various businesses in order for you project to proceed.  Less chance of a mix up when you’re giving your instructions once to one shop.
  1. Prompt On-Site Evaluations
Our normal area of service is about 100 miles radius of our shop.  Every effort will be made to have an on site evaluation by Lou as quickly as possible, usually within a week or ten days of a request.
  1.  “Ball Park” Estimates
For quicker estimates or just a range of pricing, email a picture.  In many instances an approximate cost can be emailed within a day or two.
  1. No C.O.M. Fee
We will use fabric you or your client provides without an extra fee.  If your client would like to look for fabric, we do have a showroom with over 15,000 samples.  Books may be taken out to view in home.
  1. “Can Do” Attitude
We will accept your instructions to do your client’s project your way.  If it cannot be done, I will make every effort to explain why and when possible offer alternate solutions.
  1. In-Process Pictures
No need to stop by the shop to check on the progress of your client’s project.  We will gladly email in-process pictures of your project, just ask.
  1. Low Down Payment
Our down payment is only 25%, due at the time the order is placed, or due to circumstances, within a week of our truck picking up the project.
  1. Accept Visa and MasterCard
Progress needn’t be held up because a “check is in the mail.” Payment can be made with your VISA or MasterCard over the phone. Of course checks are accepted as well.

  2. Show House Projects
We like to “Partner” with your participation in “Showhouses.” Depending upon the project, I will be glad to put together an attractive package for you.
  1. Industry Partner ASID Membership
Our long-standing voluntary membership in ASID means that your business is valued and wanted.  Your having us partner with you helps Illinois Chapter ASID as well.
  1. Worth Traveling the Distance
Our circle of customer service starts at Lake Forest, to McHenry, to Aurora, Joliet, and around Lake Michigan into Michigan.  We are just a phone call or email away.  Call us, use us – then you will know why others do – repeatedly.
